Full Financial Report

The Full Financial Report combines multiple accounting reports into a single downloadable file — a complete picture of financial performance, position, and transaction-level detail without navigating across separate reports. Generate it for any period, download it, or share via email.

What's included

  1. Notes and context — report summary, period details, high-level notes.
  2. Annual Income Statement — year-level income, COGS, expenses, net profit.
  3. Annual Balance Sheet — year-end assets, liabilities, equity.
  4. Monthly Income Statement — month-wise income, expenses, gross profit, net profit.
  5. Monthly Balance Sheet — month-wise position tracking.
  6. Trial Balance — all accounts with debit and credit balances.
  7. General Ledger — transaction-level entries by account with debits, credits, running balances.
  8. Journal Entries — all recorded entries, manual and system-generated.
  9. Adjusting Journal Entries — accruals, corrections, period-end adjustments.

Configuration

Select any custom date range and the accounting method (e.g., Accrual). Output format is Excel, with an index sheet, one sheet per section, clickable navigation links ("Back to Index"), grouped categories, and monthly + annual summaries.

How it's generated

Data is pulled from transactions, journals, invoices, bills, payments, and conversion balances; the selected date range and accounting method are applied; data is grouped into structured sections with totals calculated per account classification.

Actions

  • Create Report — generation may take time depending on data volume.
  • Download — once generated.
  • History — previously generated reports with request date, date range, format, and re-download.
  • Email notification — you're notified when the report is ready.
