Company Settings

Company Settings manages your business information, financial details, and key contacts — used across reports, invoices, compliance workflows, and integrations. Information is initially captured during onboarding; each section can be updated independently anytime using Edit (Settings → Company Settings), and changes apply across the system once saved.

Sections you can edit

  • Company Info — company name, business type, formation details, entity type.
  • Additional Info — FEIN, address, website, and payout details (routing number, account details).
  • Contact Person Info — name, phone, email, address.
  • Registered Agent Info — agent information (mandatory depending on compliance requirements).
  • Shareholders — click + Add Shareholder, enter details, save; manage ownership distribution over time.

The flow for each: open the section → click Edit → update details → Save.

Who can edit

Users with Admin or Owner permissions. Multiple users can update settings depending on their permissions.

Where do the details come from initially? Onboarding — they're auto-filled here.

Will changes reflect in reports and invoices? Yes, immediately after saving.

What if fields are blank? Some features like compliance or payouts may be affected.

Entered something wrong? Edit and correct anytime.
