Referrals

Referrals let you invite others to Arbo by sharing your unique referral link. When a referred user signs up through your link and completes onboarding, both of you receive a reward — such as 1 month of free bookkeeping. Share via link, email, or message directly from the platform.

Sharing your referral​

All from Settings → Referrals:

  • Copy link — click Copy Shareable Link and paste it anywhere (email, chat, etc.). The same link can be shared multiple times.
  • Email — enter the recipient's email and click Send.
  • Message — enter the recipient's phone number and click Send.

How it works​

A unique referral link is generated for your account → you share it → the referred user signs up using the link → once onboarding is completed, rewards are applied to both users.

FAQs​

When do I receive the reward? After the referred user signs up and starts using the platform.

Can I refer multiple people? Yes.

Why isn't my referral working? The user didn't sign up via your link, signup wasn't completed, or the email/phone was invalid.

Sending errors? Check email/phone format and required fields.
