Accounts Receivable
The Standard Accounts Receivable report shows all outstanding (unpaid) customer invoices, categorized by how long they've been due — for tracking receivables, monitoring overdue balances, and managing collections. Only open invoices are included; paid invoices are excluded.
What the report shows
- Customer-level summary — every customer with unpaid invoices, showing total outstanding amount and invoice count.
- Aging buckets — invoices grouped by days overdue, each showing total amount and invoice count:
- Not Yet Overdue — within due date
- 0–30 days — recently overdue
- 31–60 days — moderately overdue
- 61–90 days — significantly overdue
- 91+ days — critically overdue
- Total Unpaid — total outstanding receivables and total invoice count.
How it's calculated
Based on invoice issue date and due date, open invoices only. Days Overdue = Current Date − Due Date, and invoices are placed in the matching bucket. Partially paid invoices show only their remaining balance.
Filters & actions
Filter by report period and view grouped by customer; refresh to reload latest data. Drill down by clicking a customer or amount to see invoice details; export for offline analysis; save/share report configurations.
Data sources
Customer invoices, payment status updates, and applied adjustments or credits — only invoices with remaining balances appear. When a payment is recorded, the invoice is reduced or removed accordingly.
