Ask Arbo Insight: AI analysis for financial reports

New feature

Ask Arbo Insight (Report AI) is now live — an AI assistant built into your financial reports that helps you go from numbers to understanding in seconds.

What it does

Open any financial report and Ask Arbo Insight will:

  • Analyze the report you're viewing — it works on the currently opened report, so the answers are always about the exact numbers in front of you.
  • Highlight key insights automatically — notable movements, trends, and figures worth your attention are surfaced without you having to dig for them.
  • Break down performance over time — get insights into monthly and quarterly performance to see how the numbers are trending from period to period.
  • Ask custom questions — ask anything about the report in plain language, the way you'd ask a colleague, and get an answer grounded in the report's data.

Why it helps

Reading a financial report usually means scanning line by line to find what changed and why. Ask Arbo Insight does that first pass for you, so you can spend your time acting on the numbers instead of hunting through them — and when a client asks "why is this figure up?", you can get to the answer faster.

Try it and tell us what you think

Ask Arbo Insight is available now on your financial reports. Give it a try — and if you run into any issues or have ideas for making it better, we'd love to hear from you through the feedback form.

Request e-signatures on documents

New feature

You can now collect e-signatures on documents directly inside Arbo — no third-party signing tool or back-and-forth email chains needed. Upload a document through Chat & Docs, mark exactly where signatures belong, and Arbo handles the notifications, signing experience, and status tracking for you.

Requesting a signature

  1. From the firm side, go to the company and open Chat & Docs.
  2. Upload your files and select the E-Sign Required checkbox.
  3. Add and manage the signers who need to sign the document.
  4. Configure the signature fields and place them exactly where signatures are required — you have full control over the placement on each page.
  5. Click Request E-Signature.

Each signer receives an email notification with everything they need to review and sign the document.

The signing experience

Signers can review the full document before signing, and can add their signature in whichever way suits them best:

  • Draw — sign with a mouse, trackpad, or finger, just like on paper.
  • Type — type their name and use a generated signature style.
  • Upload — upload an image of their existing handwritten signature.

Once signed, the completed document is uploaded back automatically.

Staying in control as the requester

You stay informed and in control throughout the process:

  • Get notified — you receive an email notification as soon as the signer has signed the document.
  • Resend reminders — if a signer hasn't acted yet, resend the email notification with one click.
  • Cancel anytime — cancel an e-signature request if the document is no longer needed or was sent in error.
  • Share a direct link — copy the signing link and share it with the signer over any channel, handy when email isn't the fastest way to reach them.

Monthly reporting, sales reporting, and more

New feature

A batch of new features is now live in Arbo, covering reporting, bookkeeping visibility, sharing, and accountability.

Monthly Reporting

Generate and review monthly financial reports for your companies. Get a month-by-month view of financial performance without assembling the numbers by hand.

Sales Reporting

Dedicated reporting for your sales activity, so you can track how sales are performing over time and drill into the details behind the totals.

Bookkeeping Status

See at a glance where each company stands in the bookkeeping cycle. This makes it easier to spot which companies are up to date and which ones still need attention.

Copy a link and share it directly with colleagues or clients, so the right people can get to the right place without navigating there manually.

Audit Log

A record of who did what, and when. The audit log gives you a clear trail of activity for accountability and easier troubleshooting when you need to understand how something changed.
